Using a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and solution-focused approach, I partner with you to move beyond the emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, unresolved trauma, or a difficult life transition, therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and create meaningful change.
Together, we will work to identify the deeper patterns driving distress while also developing practical tools that help you feel more grounded and capable in everyday life. My goal is to help you move from simply surviving to feeling more steady, connected, and emotionally resilient.
Our work moves at your pace. You remain in control of the process, and we will never push into areas that you are not ready to explore.
